I was delighted to find Levi's jeans available through Amazon (at Tilly's). My son wears a very specific jean style, so we ordered 2 new pairs of the exact style and size that he wears. As you can imagine, we were extremely disappointed when the pants arrived and both pairs were the right size on the label -- but way too tight to wear. I paid to ship the too-small jeans back (so by now I've paid shipping twice: once for delivery and once for return). Tilly's did agree to send 2 replacement pairs of the jeans in a larger size without a 3rd shipping fee. (One of the replacement jeans is perfect; the other is a bit too big, but I am done with this project and they're good enough...) The savings I enjoyed by ordering through Amazon was offset by the multiple shipping fees to find the right fitting jeans.
